    yep, bosch pump or other inline type pump works fine on veg oil, lucas/cav and other rotary types is a big no no. Lucas ones are fitted to disco and defender with 200/300 tdi engines so they are no good unless you are using a preheating system for the veg oil. Easy to make your own preheating system tho, if you can do a bit of plumbing.     Break the cycle mate. Do something you can focus on that doesn't involve drink that is rewarding to you. If that means being selfish then so be it, it's better than continuing doing what you're doing. Sounds like you're frustrated & angry otherwise you wouldn't be beating on walls/doors/lamp posts. Problems with family are always a hard one to deal with, my 22 year old sister got killed in a car crash and it took me 18 months to start getting over it. I was ignorant of this with my boxer who is a big lad but thinks hes a greyhound. 1 ruptured cruciate ligament later and £800 for the op to put it right and i learnt my lesson. Shame he didn't - 6 months later he spotted a rabbit 2 mins into a walk and BROKE his lead to get after it. 2nd ruptured cruciate, now he has both back legs done, £1600 total on ops and will probably be crippled with arthritis early.     Pup is black w/white blaze. cant think what to call her but the misses is starting to make noises about calling her foxy. Is that ridiculous or reasonable? I keep telling her pup will find its own name... but she wont wait. My first patt, wanted one for years. Only 6 wks old but gets on with my boxer whos a big lad and the old lab really well. Gets hold of the boxer's jowls and swings off them, cracks me up! Seems full of it. Any ideas?
