    Hi to everyone on HL. I have been registered on here for a few years but never actively used the site because of restrictions at work getting on to the site, but I can get on now. I have put a couple of posts up recently in the forum area but thought id put something in this section to see if I got any response. over the past couple of years a have brought on and lost my first dog, a beddy whippet x whippet grey. lost her last October and missed the season id most looked forwards to with her. a few months passed and I caught the back end of the season with a couple of mates.

    Good looking pair. be good to hear how they come on. never done much with collie crosses, but thinking about a collie grey x beddy grey whippet to put over beddy whippet I am running atm.

    this is my old beddy whippet x whippet greyhound bitch. she was my first dog who gave me the chance to learn more about working dogs and hunting first hand. I had been out a fair few times before I got her but with other folk and their dogs. I brought her on from being weeks old. we learnt a lot together, having never kept dogs before there was a lot for me to learn in terms of obedience, training, conditioning etc. something that I enjoyed, but also tried my patience at first... givne time I got a better understanding of ways to do things.     It's to go over a beddlington whippet; the Sam for my last bitch who died last year. She was a good bitch, no world beater but did me well. Would like something slightly bigger than her this time around... Cheers

    Hi all. I am new to this site and pretty new to the life. My older Brother took me out a couple of years ago to the first time and I soon go into it. Before long I had. Even out watching his dogs on the lamp and out ferreting doing some pest control in a horse field. My brother had a litter from his dog and bitch a year and a half ago or so. I am now the proud owner of a blue beddy whippet. Sadly she was a bit young for last season, but this season I have acquired my own lamp and she is now going down the beam well.
