cheers for the info grim, i thought they were all year round breeders aswell, can't be both wrong.

I thought birds typically breed in spring, but i seen about 8 or so pigeons today fighting around the trees behind my house, think it was for territory but my dad reckons they might have nests up there. Anyway i took it to my advantage, got 2 pigeons today, skimmed a stupid crow no pictures sorry

i'm not the smartest but i was pretty chuffed with my results (got them this morning) I got 9, C+ grades (which 4 of em were B's) So i got into sixth no problem, only failed 1 subject....History.. and that will do me, tally-ho

lmao i know my sights are rubbish, wasnt tht far away about 15 yards away up in the trees.

Just shoot em straight in the breast, as the lung and heart are both there and if the pigeon is facing you defo should be a kill shot, if its got its back to you i would say use the wings as indication.

So most of the time i always go for the heart or lungs with a pigeon cause there constantly moving there heads, well today i seen a fella who was quite happy to not move his head while i was aiming at him, BANG! when to the pigeon as far as i could tell right through his brain. So heres a picture of the dead fella. And My brother took a picture of me whilst i took the shot,
