Mine is open but only after my 1st 5 yrs,ie 1st renewal when they did it,i asked before only to be told NOOO.thats by cheshire,also i was alowed 2 same cals,,one for day,one for night,that even caused a prob recently,when the main head person there said if she new at the time,i was asking for so many same cal rifles she would of said a Nooo again,,lol,,,not like i applied all at once,was over last 5 yrs.and its them who said yes so why is she complaining.i can still only use one rifle and one bullet at a time.had my licence now 12 yrs or so soooooooooo annoying sometimes,and no common sense.

Once ive signed in ,i can gain access to all the posts and threads except most times when i click " view new posts " i get knocked back to this message Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 20 seconds before trying again. Anyone any idea what this means,i do wait the 20 secs as said.but still nothing,happens most times and is getting quite annoying,ive mess one of the admin guys but no reply as yet. so any help from others on here would be most appreciated. Not a clue mate.they didnt weigh them,just shoot skinned ,butchered and given to locals.shot 2 over 4 afternoons. looking forward to my next trip.hopefully in the next few months once ive taken my mrs to egypt on 22nd june,she should be ok with me going again without her,,lol

here are a few pics of me freezing my bxxxxxks off,was very cold as i went to see a old mate who moved out to bulgaria,not exactly a pretty place of bulgaria.was there for 8 days in feb 09,he knew the local shooting gangs who offered me some boar hunting,didnt cost much but been offered a hunt with another club next time,for free,as long as we split the game ,which will be more than just wild boar. Rifle on loan is a CZ 30-06 with meopta scope Micky

hi mate, the ruger yes is great to shoot. but looking at changing it for another bolt action anshutz. if i had my choice id keep the ruger aswell but with already having another anshutz with day scope on,,and my current rugger 10/22 with a night scope,i dont think cheshire police will let me have 3 of same cal,,lol mick Depends what you want it for ! As a purist's rabbit tool, or target shooter for precision, I am inclined to agree. But if you want a bit of fun, then Ruger all the way. Anschutz semi autos have been awful, which is a shame, since their bolt guns are great.

Hi all thought id start a new topic,on what rifle you chaps,and ladies use from day to day.so will start with 3 of mine,with 7 more to come when i get back to uk,no pics of rest. I have in these pics. 17rem vssf with day/night scope in US Gen 3 direct from the states.similar to the Uk longbow. tikka T3 lite in 223 with Leupold 4.5-14x50 VX-111 Long Range Matte Illuminated.will change though for my M4 soon anshutz .22 rimmy.sweet little rifle.

Hi all. Im hoping someone here can help,i have 2 swarovski HD andle and straight,and am looking for a decent camera and mount to start taking pics through my scope,ie digiscoping. if anyone has any suggestions on what kit to look at ? that would be suited to my scopes. many thanks Micky

i also have 2 tikka lites one with day scope ,one with gen 3 nightscope.also have 2 T-4 compacts/short lengh. also one T-4 long and T-8 long.and also a JET-Z which is quieter ,but as for balancing the tikka i use the T-4 shorts. Hope this helps bud Micky -

Hi all,and happy new yr to you all. Just so you all know,i am still looking for a partner but someone who also has been shooting for a while and who also has land and is willing to share,ie have a day/night out on my land then that person can return the favour.on his land. no disrespect to the chap who is looking for permission, but ive a bad exp when i had a certain new shooting buddy who also had no land,so decided to try and use my land himself while i was not there,,,farmer was not a happy chap and almost lost me my permission on that farm. cheers. me with my anshutz 17hmr with x4 US select alpha gen 3 again superb optics,i also use US monocular which can be seen on other pics. this is my 17 rem with another day/night scope again from US similar to the longbow from starlight.

Hi all just joined,my name is mike im from the northwest currently working in sunny and dusty iraq,been shooting since a boy,[bANNED TEXT] joining the army,one of my main moments was passing the sniper concentration and being badged sniper marksman.now a civvi,doing security in iraq,been here few yrs now,and miss my shooting but catch up when back home. mick
