    i had a deben bi pod real tree head to toe pellet some net making stuff and some smellies and poker set, o yea and a new camera so ill have no excuse to post some pics of me out hunting

    they all look pritty much the same in their pictures whats the differences between spun nylon, braided nylon, ,braided P E, twisted P E and all the others out there, the price aint the problem they all round the 10 pound mark. so confused like

    i just started making nets a couple of weeks ago and used up a 500g of polished hemp and did not really like them when i went ferreting with them felt bit to stiff, and i was wondering what other materials people use whats the good points and bad points, price and where to buy from. thanks dan.

    thanks for the replys, used up the 500g of polished hemp now had 14 nets, and was wondering what material should i buy next not to keen on the polished hemp seem a bit stiff when i lay them over the holes any sugestions would help dan.

    went out with the lamp last night saw 4 only had a shot at one with the air rifle because the other 3 where lamp shy and ran off

    why dont you buy another one take the one with tag back with the new reaset then take the second one back the next day

    air arms field r very accarate in my aa s400, but ive started buying the h&n ones because the air arms are quite soft and get squshed in my pocket

    around me theres a few rabbits i see with the lamp in a field and the field next to it is covered in rabbit holes, but around by me they dont live in the warrens they prefer the netles and bushes ect. and your ferret should get better everytime you go out just try him a few more times.

    going lamping in a few hours and im not very good only shot a few rabbits in the night and i was wondering if anyone had any tips that i could have a go at tonight i use a aa s400 and its not fiddled with so my kill zone is around the 30 yard mark any help will be greatfull, thanks dan

    i know about 5 places where theres plenty of rabbits but only got 2 and the land is huge so hard to get a decent bag from around neath

    thanks for your posts ive been making 15 by 15s made about 5 hemp ones and alot of nylon ones, it was my first time trying the hemp nets outand i didnt like them because they seemed a bit stiff and didnt cover the hole as good as a spun nylon would. all the nets i make in future will be at least 18 rows down now thanks dan

    im from south wales and i cant seem to get much land where theres been alot of bunnies, i think i can count the amount of rabbits ive shot on one hand and i am a pritty good shot i take good bags home of squirel and pigeons ect. there was a beach where i go ferreting but had 0 rabbits today and i normally take home atleast 5 easy but mixie has taken alot out

    yep i know what your saying ill post a pic now of my finished net might sell a few once i done a few for my self do you know how many nets rufley i could get with a 500g spool of polished hemp?

    ok thanks lads ill try 15 but mine are 14 across thats they way ive been tought and they look ok just all different legnths lol thanks boys

    nice picture mate but i dont think you can leave a rabbit with your ferrets for over a week think it will smell.
