havnt fished for mullet for years but when we did we fished the estuary of the stinchar(excuse the spelling)near ballantrae as it met the sea,we used a dried pea rolled along the bottom weighted down with a couple of spit shot

Are you saying brown hares NEVER go to ground ?? Does that include going into pipes, or under tree roots, stumps, etc ?? If you disagree with this, then you have never really hunted hares, because they do, when under pressure. Cheers. seen them run up big pipes,usually 12 inch or more if they are really pressured

hello folks just thought i'd say hello as i have just joined some of you will know me already but for those of youd ont im bill i have two lurchers (one a tripod) ferrets and also like a bit of shooting and fishing
