    my bitch, when a pup, had a stage of ignoring the recall,after reading a fantastic book on lurcher training,i tried a method explained in the book, basically the dog knows it can outrun you,and of the lead you have no way of getting it too come back too you if it doesnt want too,get yourself a catapult, take her out,arm yourself with some ammo,such as acorns or balls of mud, let her of the lead and try calling her back,before she gets too far away,if she turns a deaf one,without her facing you fire off a acorn/ball of mud,if this hits her she will then realise you can reach her at distance,ev

    collie for brains, agility and stamina cant go wrong with that combo makes a good all rounder. im not say terrier crosses are bad because i have both but prefer collie x. i also have a suluki x and a deerhound x

    its a load of crap mate. a goldie would keep trying to fly up so it would be hitting the bars and damaging its self and then die. had birds all my life a fresh bird wood not a quiet one i was talking about a fresh one or a bird from an avery strait into that cage, a steady bird would be ok.

    nice cage, saw one simular to that done by D STEVENS at appleby sold for 500 pounds. it was hard wood and a double bird cage with shutters on the front like yours. i think the shape of the cage is based on a pan box off the back of a gypsy wagon.
