  1. I've used Ivomec here for probably 20 years. Never had a problem. Over here it is mainly used for heartworm preventative. I have heard it is not to be used on Collies or Greyhounds although I know people that use it on greyhound crosses monthly without a problem.
  2. I got nothing in this but my nose. I think what you all are getting ready to do sounds like a blast. Never heard of the sort of thing you all are talking about going on over here.
  3. So thats not scripted? That makes it all the better No it wasn't scripted, But he's taped hundreds of hours televised fishing shows. He's had more chances than the rest of us to screw up.
  4. They Fellas name in the video is Bill Dance. He has been doing fishing show here in the States for well on to 20 years I'd guess. He became famous as one of the best early bass tournament fisherman.
  5. I think it being illeagle here has to do with disturbing game in its den. I wouldn't think rats would be under the same protection. rats are what I'd like to try the ferrets on. I would think only the smallest of ferrets would be able to work on rats. Im I correct in that line of thought? Thank you all for the responses.
  6. Hunting with ferrets is not very common here in the states, In fact I think it is illeagle. Hypothetically, What would a fellas chances be of raising a couple ferrets out of pet stock and having them turn out to be usefull? While I'm asking besides rabbits, what quarry are ferrets effective on.
  7. Are these just hunting curs or some other sort of breed? especially the first one. looks like a lean golden retriever. unlike the fat, and hairy AKC goldens i'm used to seeing.. i like this ones looks! The shaggy one is a full blooded July hound. Not all Julys are shaggy, In fact it is kind of rare. The gyp on the bottom is 3/4 july 1/4 running walker. I use the running hounds on coyotes. The ones with the squirrels are curs. I know I've read somewhere before about curs, but for the sake of me who can't remember and anyone else who wants to know: what exactly are they, and how did

  10. Thanks for the welcome I thought I'd try to post a few pics of a couple of my dogs
  11. Very interesting site here. I'm from Indiana, USA. I chase coyotes over here with scent hounds, and try to keep a tree dog for squirels and raccoon.
