  2. out for a stroll, it was like a summer's day.Hounds found one could'nt do much with him, they run his drag out onto the clear fell but did'nt speak, it was going to be one of those days, lyn shot him going into the next planting, one of the biggest fox i've seen for years. They found another one shortly after, hunted him for about 2 miles, a bit patchy on times but they done well considering the day, but that's what its about we not having two days the same, hope i don't have another day like this one

  9. thanks alot rhys all of my hunting is down west, i've never had the time to hunt anywhere else, its hard work to get around there. no mate i've have'nt heard that name you have probably heard of the llangiby hunt well my friends father was the hunts man for them for many years. but as you no the politics get involved in things and he was relieved of his many years service to the hunt. it was not pretty. His name is partridge a very well known name round this area with the farmers. When he left the hunt allot of farmers pulled back from the hunt. I am good mates with his son and we are now
  10. hi sj there quite a few terriers that come to mind being hound shy, well is it hound shy or inexperience.because i 've kennelled terriers in with the hounds and had no problems.it's the frenzy on the earth's that start's it off with the barking and people shouting. the terriers have overcome it, by being worked on they're own, away from hounds, once they start working they don't care about the hounds, but i've only experienced it in young dogs, hope it's not that russel mate
