Last night was the start of the season for me i ahve two young ones to enter to lamp as they have only done a bit of ferreting towards end of last season only with a couple of catches under their belt. 18. dicipline the dog mate or else you gonna have a dog thats no good to anyone try spending some time with it in the company of other dogs and just play if he reacts then nip it in the bud straightaway its only a pup after all hes probebly board you got to spend time with them mate
  19. Just make sure you get a terrier thats of working stock, dont take offence but you dont need to look at getting a top digging dog but get the best you can afford ive seen plenty of good terriers go on to be good dogs after cuting it on rating etc 1st , just make sure its mature before you let it do any sort of work well big enough to bite back ,you may be luky and find a nice terrier that has failed as an earth dog and that will suit your needs best try asking on here 1st before laying out a load of cash genuine dog men are more than happy to help another man

  21. yes blucher i have seen it , if you look at lurchers that used to be about they have all but gone bar a few no wonder the bull types have made a big apperance on the working dog front but even some of tes are starting to go that way but i will say their is plenty of good guys with proper workers in that type& theirs a few smaller workers left lets keep it that way
