4895, 4895, 4895, 4895, 4895, 4895. Oh how we loved it.  How we miss it's  passing.  Still I've got a bit laid by.  I ain't got my back against the wall but 4895 developed a high energy which isn't  matched by comparable burn speeds.  H4895 has a very high specific energy rating for a single-base powder, at 4,060 KJ / Kg which isn't matched by comparable burn speed powders.  Still I  built this load so I'm sure I can assemble another match given time, money and effort.  I think Wilson does Lovex  powders which might be similar.

sea water freezes at about -2○C  ...Google.?

4895 was a wonderful powder indeed.

Sea temp here varies between 8c and 6c all year, a big body of water rarely varies, I use a floatation suit when out, puts my survial rate up from 15 mins to 2 hours if I end up overboard, canny swim so is a bonus too ?

Now as far as the truck a tried but the wind was kinda doing a swirl type thing and was a pain to try and block.the way I had the truck did buffer a good bit but as you can tell it was a windy day .

    Thats called cyclonic ???

I want to know more about your target camera set up, I really need something as my old peepers ain't too good out to 300+ yards ?

  3. Only the t-bolts have nice shiney gold triggers, I looked at the stainless, x-bolt but was heavy so got the ab3 synthetic stock, replaced the sear spring and the trigger is a lot lighter but still plastic, wish I'd gone for the x-bolt now, was only £300 more. I do like browning barrels, made in Japan but accuracy I've never seen the like of.

Edits, I only have it in 308win though. No use here for a 223

The ab3 states 4 shot, but my mag holds 5 an one up the spout so it's a 6 shot ?

    Which Vacuum Sealer?

Amazon's scaring the shit out of me! There's pages of them. Prices are all over the place.

What do I look for? Recommendations? Obviously, I'll examine any short list for the possibility ~ no matter how fukking slim ~ of avoiding chink shit!

    Thanks.

I just got a James Martin one for £20 a few years ago.

Get the rolls not bags, a lot cheaper, just seal the bottom cut what length you need and Robert's your mother's brother ?

We use the plastic takeaway type boxes - you can get them in different sizes, usually pretty cheap.

If I make a pie, I just wrap it in the ceramic dish and put that in the freezer.

Snap ? I just save a couple whenever we get a chinky.

This review pits the Sako Quad Synthetic, CZ Synthetic Silhouette, Browing T-Bolt Synthetic and...

The t-bolt comes out top in that!

It's all personal preferance, I really can't fault mine, accuracy is what counts at the end of the day, both the lr and hmr t-bolts I have have excellent accuracy.

Did I ever mention shiney gold trigger ?

If you like a Browning Trigger fair play , but they are shite,  every person I know who had bought one , got rid of it straight away .. In comparison a Tikka T1x is similar money and much better ..

The only trigger I didn't like on a Browning was the ABIII, I got a new sear spring from a bloke in oz, postage was more than the bloody spring, but that sorted it, so it was nice and crisp.

I'm happy with the T-bolts (I still try turning the bolts though ?), proves its just each to they're own. I have had far worse ? did I mention the time ............. ?
