  3. I have the same gun as you, i have tried many different rounds out in the past,including the RWS.I have always found eley and winchester always gave the best groupings, but found magtech give good groupings and are very cheap, dont know if this is of use to you.
  4. I have a CZ 452 16" in .22cal, always found Winchester and Eley subsonics super accurate and the Winchester in the high velocity very good.
  5. CCI sell CB long ammo in .22 cal, i think they are about 30 ft/lb at the muzzle but im not sure. Great loads for short distance shooting with hardly any noise at all with a silencer. Hope this is of help.
  6. I use one on a .22 hornet, same as one pictured by onelesscharlie, had for about 8 months, no problems at all with it. does an excellent job sound wise and easy to disassemble and clean.

  8. I THINK YOU WILL FIND A 40GN BULLET WILL PERFORM BETTER 50GN TO HEAVY WITH ALIGHT POWDER CHARGE I have tried 40gn v max and 40gn sierra blitz kings both to great effect. Thanks for your comment. any particular reason you have moved on to 50 grns please. My main reason is stopping power. they would only be used inside 100 yds on foxes.

  10. I have just loaded 50 grain v max bullets with 12.8 grains of lil gun powder for a .22 hornet. i currently shoot a cz 527 american. Has any one out there had any experence with his type of load and bullet. I have read that the bullets are not very accurate at his weight in a .22 hornet. Is this true.
  11. Hodgsons H110. or lil gun powder do it for me. At a lenght of 1.4 85 and thats to the ogive. had to mod the bullet magazine for these to fit in it. hornet cz 527.   13. I am reloading .224 40 grain sierra blitz king bullets in a .22 hornet. could some one give me info on powders and overall bullet length. I am new to this and cannot find info about sierra bullets on the net.
  14. I have a .22 hornet with 35V max bullets a leathal combination. A mess on the rabbits if not head shot. First step on the ladder of centre fire. Another calibre to think about.
