    yeh did you see that wee lad at 13 he didnt even look it, he is only a kid himself and he has one. I think its up to parents to tell there kids about it, school just kinda go over board i think. In my old school they give you free comdoms, which prob dont help matters as you have just been tought how it all works and that and get a free comdom, aint they just wanna go use it!!? better than haveing the young lads using it with out a rubber isnt it tho?? well suppose your right there.
