recently developed a worrying tendency for dead hands , pins and needles in extremities , I’ve had slipped , pronated discs in my back leading to nerve damage which had has limited my overall mobility to be at about 80% of that if ten years ago .
worst though is the chronic insomnia I’ve gad for all my adult life , I function in about 4 hours a night in the week and cat nap periodically in order to function , destroys me in reality as I’m constantly in sleep deprived state.
anyway other than all that drama queen sim , at 40 years old I’m still an absolute machine , held together with compeed , itb tape , coffee and pro plus . WhT can you do other than crack on
the no seep might have something to do with coffee and proplus stiff
some weed help you kip i don’t get great sleep now i don’t smoke any reminds me why i liked a joint in the first place

Was out on perm one night on my own with the dog and I got chased / lamped by a group of lads in a motor who seemed fairly intent on doing me harm
Lost them in some woods and had to lie low, but as I was zig zagging across the field being lamped and chased by a motor I had a bit of empathy with the hares
when it was legal you had to be on your toes and be ready for that
