    Everyone is going to say they choose proven worker but if that was true there wouldn't be so much shit around. I lad round mines got a big bull x dog pup(sad to see a potentially good dog go to waste) , never done anything in its life, and his bull x bitch (small and racy) never seen anything but rabbits (shit on them too) because he thinks they will make a good looking/size dog.     Well i shoot a few pigeons/doves here and there and been sending my pup, yes a bull x pup retrieving them. If they are dead they come back without a feather out of place, but if they are flapping about abit she just wanders around them no interests really. Now, my older bitchchews them (dont know why but she trys to eat pigeons and doves and nothing else) So i want these shot pigeons retireved from my pup still alive not crunched up. Do you think i should let the pup watch my bitch grab them and kill them( confidence) or grab the pigeon myself kill it humanly dispatch drop it and let her retri

    Im going out tonight, were going to run hares, tripled up on the lamp in fields with stone walls and stand the gate shouting at them . Theres plenty of leverets about so should be easy catches. Also is we see a deer were going to knock it over in the landy first to weaken it before throwing are dogs on it. Bite Bite Bite

    If your implying im trying it on then dont! I use to sell stuff on another forum and in the end i started sending things recorded because things disappeared so much. Just add a quid or so on to the price to cover the cost .. Im sure people would be willing to pay the extra to secure a hat .. most was when i sold items.     You can get strikers for both gun and hand held .. mines hand held mate. Its better to pay the extra an get a good lamp over a shit one for 30 quid or so its deffo worth it .. if the lancers are shit that is. I had a logun gun lamp .. about 60 quid was perfetic .. payed 70 for a stiker .. hell of a lot better.

    Has anyone used a lance though? There alot smaller and can be put out of sight, for rabbiting are they any good or are they too shit even for this? Ive never used one .. only had a striker
