can fully understand collie,saluki,deerhound xs as they bring good coat,stamina,intelligence and legs to the equation. as for prey drive is that not something you learn it.

hi, been looking through this site, reading topics about people breeding dogs for what reason i can't understand ie,border terrier/whippet jack russell/greyhound, both crosses that detracts from the original speed that catches the prey.so why ,i ask myself, would you breed any terrier with a greyhound whither it be border,jack russell,staffordshire bull,wheaten,kerry blue, pit bull ,english bull,bedlington,as none of thesecan run and niether terrier nor greyhound are designed to turn. can anyone tell me why.

Hi folks,as I understand it the hare is supposed to be Brittains fastest land mammal but after seeing the roe deer round about me taking flight I wonder over 1000yrds of flat open ground just what would be the fastest a big buck hare or the roe deer.opinions please.

hi ,was away today doing a bit of ferreting. me, my mate and a cousin of my mates that i have not met before .the day started well enough with us getting a dozen rabbits from our fist 2 warrens then things started to go wrong with first his cousins ferret lying up then his so we broke out the flasks to try and get some heat into the situation as it was bloody freezing so ofcourse the stories started,remember the last time we did this ,do you not remember that big dog billy had ,you know the kind of thing.well his cousin tried to tell me that one of his mates had a dog with no stoppers,nothing
