  6. Yeah, seen your link Aaron. Jackie might probably know Shane, as he fosters Bullmastiffs at his kennels on a very regular basis.
  7. Ha ha, Yep. That was what we wanted the video to do Watchmen.
  8. I do videos and I did my mate a video of his Bullmastiff pup. We wanted to go a different route than the heavy rock, backed clip and the results for him have been phenominal. After an hour of it being uploaded he was contacted via Facebook and asked if he would use his dog for stud. This has been happening consistently since it was uploaded and, because he shows his dogs all over the UK he is getting quite a reputation in the Bullmastiff circle. I am not saying it is all to do with this video I created for him as he has very good dogs, but this has put notes in his pocket. The vide

  17. Hi Neil I haven't a clue what a " deep litter system " is! Can you explain please? I went down a shovel and a half then placed hardcore in the trench, then filled in to hopefully stop fox's digging in. I plan on using good quality pond netting which will be cable tied into place, I also have hooks on the posts. I might do an overhang yet! I didn't make the coop, I paid £70 for it, Its very well made. Holds up to 8 birds which is the amount I plan on having, I made the run bigger than intended just in case I decide I might need more. I have never kept chickens before so al
  18. Thats my lurcher Seth, he's a collie Greyhound/Bull Greyhound. He's 14months olds. Looking to get my netting in the next couple of days, hens on friday all being well. This section of THL is brilliant. Picking up loads of tips as I have never kept chickens before. Tinman
  19. Just spent a couple of days knocking up my chicken run! I thought I would upload the images to see what you guys think? Just about finished but I need to put some pond netting over the top. Tinman [/img]
  20. I'm confused! Did this fox get over a 9ft fence? The reason I ask is I am in the process of building a poultry pen and its going to be 7ft high by 4m x 12m. I have used meshing for the bottom 3ft with a 8 inch trench dug to bury the mesh under the ground then the remainder I am using chicken wire and over the top just pond netting. Do you think this is enough? There are fox's about where I live. I thought 7ft would be enough!!! Sorry to hear about your ducks by the way! Tinman
