PEDIGREE WAS BIT ROUGH SO I GOT MY GIRLFRIEND TO TURN IT IN A MORE READABLE FORM(shes far better at it than i) MOVING HOUSE BUT I,II SCAN IT & PUT IT UP nice 1 mate be good to go even further back on that line -
very tightly bred merlin x eve, this pup now has the same rough coat as merlin and fly

The merlin and eve line was first started with fly and toby (the hoover) flys dam was a pure saluki and her sire a broken coated lurcher dog, toby was bred off a saluki x bedlington x greyhound dog to a saluki greyhound bitch. when fly and toby were mated together they produced merlin. eve's breeding started with a first cross saluki greyhound called blue owned by frank bramely, blue was mated with a bitch called dawn a saluki greyhound x deerhound x greyhound, blue x dawn produced a bitch called gypsy who was then lined with a pure saluki called prince which produced eve. merlin x e

i seen karlsbergs 2 bitches run last season and they definetly aint crying out for a pure saluki to be put to them, wouldn't find bigger hearted dogs

artic i would never go out and buy a pure saluki bitch and line it with buddy or any other dog, a good mate of mine has thats his decision, i had a pup off buddy to a pure saluki but make no mistake i would rather best to best 10/10

i'm not saying a pure isn't needed somewhere down the line just that i would never dream of putting a pure saluki dog over any of my bitches unless it was bred out of proven stuff and was the best i had seen

well it proves that a good bitch can be produced from best to best breeding and not need sire or dam to be pure

how far u have to go to find a pure saluki in that bitch, i think all that hybrid vigour talk is a load of bollox meself put best to best and see if they click and they not always do, if everyone knew how to breed great dogs none of us would have a bad un.

joe was lined to snowy but they wud be 9 year old he was lined to a bitch called lola that wont the forley in 2003 they be about 5/6 year old now and my mate had 1 off that litter that was white with black spots
