Seen a 22" bitch kill hares on the fens, not a match dog but could kill 2 or 3 every time out. Mike. youd win a good few matches if shed killet 2 out of 3 every time! theres been some good little dogs i think the stanlys bitches were small and i herd real good. but a good big urn beats a good smallern by rights. which is real handy as all mine made under 25

This aint a war go and ask what a MINSHAW is Well, go on then, what is it??? to me youv got pure breds and the humble LURCHER. not long dogs not whirrers not tumblers nothing inbetween. the dog of choice of the poacher the gamekeeper, gypsie,Hare courser, farmer, ferreter, deer rustler, terreir mans dog, busher, beater, for the first time youngster, weekday worker or reteired moocher, and sadlie the show and racing fanatic LONG LIVE THE LURCHER! ! versatile and hard working but still always a LURCHER. I'd keep the long dog - a cross bred running dog with only sight h

...., but he does breed some phenomenal Lurchers. In what way are they phenomenal? Hello..I have found them to be exceptionally easy to train, their speed and striking ability is incredible, along with their general overall level of agility.Obviously this is my personal opinion and am sure not ALL Tumblers are 'phenomenal'...but the ones' we've owned and known have been pretty special. Another point to make is that we virtually never needed to take them to the vet....other than for routine procedures. They were resiliant, hard dogs and had very, very good feet. Also, we

Well mate bad new's my mate's blitz Done the same thing!! I aint being funny, but its only the head thats diffarent on the strikers than the blitz light, thay are all wiered the same. And for £6, its peanuts to replace the wiering. ALB X38 why should you have to spend anything on a lamp ? youv bought it so it should be fit for purpus!

i run 3/4 1/4 bull and they wouldnt suit for day time hares might get the first provideing it with in 10 turns bull greyhounds are not hare coursing type dogs id be the first to agree id only put it in my strain if i was regularlie running fallow (which i dont ever ever run) and then youd have to run them up and down with a moter as theve got plenty to much speed and stamina for a bull cross. but i herd that rambo was 1000% hare dog but then youll always get a freak. f*****g classic, I'll shoot your windup down now before people start biting. Nice try mate but daywalkers don't have -

just run rabbits where you find them mate. its lovely to have good permission but iv only had permission a year.hare coursings a bit diffrent because youv got to be able to stand up to a angry farmer if you need too. i never had any trouble lamping just use yourhead dont lamp outside farm houses or road sides and youll be o.k to be honest its not much of a nick a few rabbits ! ! FFS,You said in your earlier post about giving younsters a chance and showing them the right way to behave, now you are on about being "able to stand up to a angry farmer",that's really seting an example!!!!! -

i a know what you mean mate theres some proper stuck up c**ts on here f*****g divies if you ask me .am geting my nephew into it hes just got 2 pups for next year and he'll be coming out with me i were air max aswell but we'll not be smashing no fences down nor lamping one place all the time atb. spot on. this should be passed down as a working class tradition. at the end of the day everyone lernt from someone. and not everyones lucky enougth to have a dad whos into dogs and access to use his working dogs. -
SORRY TO SAY IT, BUT DANCER WON, 4-3!!! MY DOG IS BRED FROM FOXY TOO! the bitch was technicaly unbeaten that wasnt classed as a money match was a comp.

looking at some of the comments about hoodies chaves and general swipes at younge dog men is it any wonder that kids prefer a computer game to a nights lamping. a lot of you on here should be ashamed with yourselfs ! i judge someone on how much game there dogs take not there age. im 28 i had my first lurcher at 11 when my grandfather died and i lernt with hes working bitch. at times people were so unhelpful youd think they were in a (terreir men are worse still)secrete society! people couldnt beleive when they came round to pick a pup off a 16 year old boy that i knew about what mix would

a long shoot i know but trying to find if any one ever saw a smallish white or cream bitch with a black featherd tale run down south that the punk doherty would have been running about 16 to 18 years ago. she was the grandmother to my bitch that died last year and great grand mother to my pups. i used to run her daughter years ago but know little about her. she was a match bitch i think and i know for the irish to use her for breeding she must have been fairly good at a hare.
