my son was born 20yrs ago come december the 10th, he was diagnosed with cerabal palsy, when he was 6mth old Social Services waited 1 day till i went to work (they apparently sat in a car down the road and watched me leave) approached my mrs and told her how better it would be for us if the baby was taken into care, as we where too young to cope, my mrs isnt the shoutin type but really lost the plot with them, then she became badly depressed over it, well cope we did though it was a real struggle at times. Actuallly having permission on the ground would be an advantage ,don't you think? : ????????????? Is there some part of that you don't cpmprehend? I ask because of the?????? what i dont understand is the reply youve made about " havin permission would be an advantage" all ive done is try to put up a bit of advice that i read so people no where they stand nothin more, the post was put up for people who have permission and could still be pulled by police (who dont know the law, which can and has happened) not for people poachin/ trespassin. anyone caught without permission is fecke

the law where coursing is concerned is very straight forward after readin clive rees in earth dog runnin dog (cant find the edition it was in) . If your hunting on permission and your dog lifts a hare while off the lead huntin up rabbits,courses and kills the hare with no encouragement from yourself you cannot be prosecuted, so bein seen/caught with a dead hare/hares and dog/dogs is not a case of guilty as some people believe,hunters and the law alike.
