  1. they are great dog i had them years ago iam going back to them my bitch had a very good last year great graffer ive just had pups from her good strong pups i have one dog pup left black/tan its in the for sale bit iam keeping all the bitches for my self great works mine are not slow at all where work is good working stuff his hard to find taken me two years to find grafftes Good one mate, do you have any pics? She is starting off slow but i can see good potential with her. She was present when a charlie was caught in deep bramble last month, she had absolutely no hesitation!!
  2. looks a strong bitch stormrider,keep a close eye on her now that spring is on its way. cubs and all that, I will do mate. We went out this morning she will bush very well without any encouragment, she is very slow when in, untill she gets right behind something, then she flys after it.. Its like shes checking every last little bit of hedge.

  6. Never really worked borders ,But was told they take a bit longer to bring on,All the best with the dog!! I've been told that too mate. Got my fingers crossed with her, she looked promising yesterday..

  8. Does anyone have any pictures or storys of there Borders? I i picked up my new bitch up today shes just over 12 months ,only seen a little bit. At the moment shes a little slow but very keen, is this normal? I took her for a little mooch when i got back and she was pushin stuff out left right and centre, but i had real trouble getting her back before dark. Will build a bond with her before i go again.. Would like to see some more workers..
  9. A whip/grey is also the best dog i have ever had. He was an awesome rabbit dog, would catch day time hares as quick as and had a real passion for Roe. He had unbelievable drive and was a natural to train. I was very lucky with him, he was a very thick set for his type and i had very few injuries with him, but his litter sister was prone to them!!

  13. I USED ONE OF IS DOGS THAT HE BRED . AFRIEND OF MINE HAD THE DOG HE HAD A TREMENDOSE NOSE ON HIM WOULD FOLLOW A LINE FOR EVER LOADS OF DRIVE IN THE DOG AND WOULD FIND ON HIS OWN AND GO TO GROUND ON IS FOX HE KILLED A FEW . BUT A GOOD BOLTING DOG . THE TWO PUPS I HAD OUT OF HIM HAR FIRST CLASS TERRIERS TO FOX BUT THEY HAVE HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE THE FATHER OF MY DOGS WOULD BE GETTING ON FOR TEN NOW .   17. Dont think hurding's the right word mate, rabbits could never be hurded and driven the way you wanted them to go like sheep, there natural intstinct is to escape.
