Ive just typed a reply to this and for whatever reason it wouldnt let me post it and i cant be f****d to right it all out again but this what i was saying.

Your scientific " consensus " is a social construct and NOT true science.

Scientific consensus is just a simple verbal agreement NOT scientific evidence.

Enjoy learning something, thank me another time.

The only learning it seems you have done on this subject appears to be Victorian, I suggest you digest something a bit more up to date.

Last few months due to the increased workload at work felt run down and started getting a few aches and pains in my knees and hip joints. So is there any real benefit in these supplements as a mate who a wile back was diagnosed with an heart condition gave me these supplements and wondered if they would help boost my well being.

I take a few supplements, none of those pictured and if I'm being honest I can't say if I feel any different.

f***ing hot lol. Come on FFS. Some have a job to do. You can't say to farmer it's too hot for dog to run on your pastured land. It's nice and cool out there in that wind. I've just been been at the door with dogs out for last piss. Load of bollocks that charts. Soft grass land the dogs will be fine.

Ar cos famers are going to be ringing coursing lads to sort out their hare problems. Lol

  8. Isn't there something wrong if folk are still obsessing about dogs that are 30 year old, shouldn't the discussion be about dogs that have been doing the business in recent years, dogs that are making an impact today?

    Couldn't say mate  maybe 5-6

But how many pups for a real un he won't settle for a good honest dog mate he wants the out and out killers and can spot potential and bring it out I'd say

Or does he go through that many that on the balance of probability he's bound to drop on a few real uns?

Had my lad doing some light weights in back garden some curls with dumbbells few forearm twists with the 15kg dumbbells. then a little work out with kettle bell. Told him with boxing you don't want to be putting too much muscle on. The physical side of training for going at the gym  thia boxing is enough. But he wants to do abit of weight. f***ing biceps on the c**t for 15 lol
