  1. I packed it in after 20 years using nicotine pouches for a couple of weeks, went cold turkey after that. Cravings still hit now and then but way easier than I expected.
  2. Our Sunday league team had the same convo after seeing a local team using it—looked slick with the auto-tracking. We ended up testing one and it honestly made reviewing matches so much easier, especially for spotting stuff in 50/50s. Had one hiccup with support though and it took ages to sort. For backup, we started using a 360 action camera too—it’s not perfect for tracking but gives a cool full-pitch view and it's surprisingly handy for highlights.
  3. I got other gloves and shinguards from fightsupplies.co.uk a while back and they’ve been spot on. Decent quality and didn’t cost a bomb either. They’ve got a fair bit of gear for different levels, so worth a look if you're trying to kit yourself out without going overboard. The delivery was quick too, which helped.
  4. I stuck with 16oz gloves for bag and pad work, easier on the hands. Got a cheap boil-and-bite mouthguard and shin guards with good padding, done the job fine so far.
