  1. I ended up swapping out the spring, which helped a bit. Still wanted something smoother though, so I went with a full trigger upgrade from rarebredtriggers.org. Made a big difference—pull feels crisp now without being too light.

  3. If you're looking for a durable and lightweight roofing option, zinc roofing sheets are worth considering. They last for decades with minimal maintenance and develop a natural patina that protects against rust. I’ve used them on a few projects, and they’re easy to work with, plus they look great. They also handle bad weather well, which is handy if you're in an exposed location. Definitely a solid choice for a small build.
  4. If you're using timber cladding, make sure to leave enough room for expansion and contraction with the seasons. I learned that the hard way when mine started warping after a year.
