Keep it simple, pan fry in loads of butter (more than you think sensible), plenty of salt and pepper. Brown surfaces then oven for ten to fifteen.
Second recipe.... And this one takes rabbit to a new level.....
Get a large sandwich bag or zip lock, into it put a generous dash of olive oil, a large squirt of garlic paste, two teaspoons of salt, one pepper, two corriander powder, two teaspoons of smoked paprika and some lemon juice. Mix this up inside the bag by rubbing it together a bit.
