    the dog looks a beast mate ,how tts mate ,and has it seen much pre ban ,thanks for the reply hes just under 29tts hes only had a few rabbits. almost 12 mths old.

    iv seen ridgeback x greys working in the day hunting up fox on hard welsh mountain terrain. excellent nose, stamina, if worked singular there was a lack of gameness when it came to the nitty gitty they seemed to look for backup. also they didnt like the cold winter weather..

    i used to shoot rats on a pig farm when i was a youngster. i would put wafer out in the open leave it for about 10min when i could hear the rats nibbiling on the wafer id put the lamp on and take a shot..

    went out last night on a farm that iv been going on for a few years (permission) this place was walking with hares last year. not that i run hares day or night reason being i havnt got the type of dogs. well phoned the farmer today to tell him how we got on and mentioned that we didnt see the usual hares on the ground. he said that he had a hare shoot to stop the hares being coursed in the day...

    slipped the dog on a bambie ran it across two fields then across the m4 both lanes. thought thats the end of him 30 min later the dog returns. lucky it was about 3am when the m4 was quiet. another time going back to the van after a nights lamping (poaching) 2 police officers waiting for us. they asked how many rabbits we had told them we had 12. one copper says no you havnt , you got 6. what you mean asks my mate. copper replies well theres 6 for us and 6 for you. couldnt argue with that.
