you need skill to fish with fly!!!!!! Anyone can plonk rod in water with sweetcorn and catch. For me fly fishing is about being there, surrounded with beauty and enjoying my day, Catching trout is a bonus to it! No offence mackem

i run a landscaping company, and these are just the kinda thing we would use in coutry design. You could easily fetch £120 + if you call em hand done. Shame your not closer!!!!!!!!!!

running two anti viruses makes things worse got to get rid of nortons first befor ought else, if you need discs i maybe able to help. if your lown on ram though make sure you dont run vista, its crap with out at least a gig of ram. Wipe it all mate it's what i would do

i agree with teh above. I ahve had hob with a limp!!!!! but they soon adapt. It can happen in large litters or with the runt sometimes they get a bit squished when 1st born. Time will tell He may just take a wee while longer to toughen his limbs up. looks healthy otherwise. Keep us posted

my rod is rated 5/6 so may be too lite i cant use a longer rod as im only 5ft tall! 10ft and my casts go to pot. Could you use a salmon double hook maybe? or is a tough 2/0 needed

I have thought about this long and hard......... WIth a fly rod in hand and my biggest trout ever on the end of my line. A hardys rod at that Watch old folk fly fish, so beatifully done and, i remembered watching an old guy cast not so long ago, he was sat on his folding chair looking totally at peace. afraid i dont mate, if you must use a shop rather than a mail order co(better deal) then ask the shop owner to set uyou up, with rigs, line and bits of termianl tackle. And load your reel up with shock leader. A good shop owner should do this for you. I used to own a fishing tackle shop in cornwall, and did a basic startup package, don't be fooled into buying a multiplier as a reel as matey said above stick to a fixed spool, make sure u like fishin first. They can be a pain in the arse for beginners!!!! Another tip get yourself a cheap map, ask the shopkeeper to mark some spots on it for y

cool, i fly fish with a 9ft greys do ya think it would be man enough for pike? Also what size hooks? I've used a spinnin rod for pike with a bass plug with success but never fly fished.
