I hope so pal, the house was lovely I'm with a nice big garden. I thought the deal was done and dusted but hey ho you live and you learn. I think I dropped a bollock by putting in the first offer at the asking price because they almost certainly told the next viewer about my offer.

Same here i like ol Dogman i was just like him when i was about 16..... just angry at the world and everybody in it,no f****r actually liked me they just wanted to be around me to see me go on the turn and do something nutty every 5 minutes Dogman if you make a man an offer he cant refuse........good will and manners usually go out the window Or the geezer just didn't f***ing like him and only said yes to hurry him up out the door ! We exchanged numbers and I asked them to get in touch if any other offers are made, I can't see why they wouldn't tell me because we didn't need to go through the estate agents. It pisses my off because we offered the asking price and was the first to put in an offer, they knew we both liked the place especially the missus.

I got the missus to ring them and find out why. A woman had made a slightly higher offer and they accepted. She said that they didn't accept our newer higher offer to not offend the woman hahahaha, fcuking freaky c**ts. The missus is not happy with me sending the abusive message 5 minutes after she spoke to his woman. I'm in the dog house but I don't give a fcuk, I'm stuck working away and it's beer time me thinks.....

Yeah, she's been a waste of space from the start. Having to ring the fcuker 20 times before she answers and incompetent all along..... I wonder why she wasn't answering the phone when your number showed up lol ........ Honest to God the service was shocking. After viewing the house Friday I put an offer in straight away. First thing she says is I need proof of your mortgage. I ask her for her email to send the proof and she doesn't send it. I have to ring her 5 fcuking times for the empty headed c**t to do it.......
