Thanks for the reply, I'll get a picture up but it's actually low enough and is small but the duck are there going to feed it tomorrow with barley and scraps tomorrow evening! Also I'll be shooting it I'd say maybe once every week and I'm the only one shooting.. is that overshooting it? Will get pics of the bigger lake tomorrow

Just had a we look at pens if you heard of them? I was looking but there fairly dear any ideas? Was thinking of getting one around 6ft high and 10ft long or so.

Hi folks.. Just wondering I've found 2 ponds ( one is very very small but I've seen 20 teal come out of it) the other is a is small but holds decent numbers of ducks around 30 ish.. now just wondering how should I approach these ponds? Normally I just stalk up to them but it doesn't work out to well, the large pond is open and they normally see you before you're near enough to get a shot in..I'm starting to feed the ponds to get more ducks in.. a bucket of barley and some scraps, should I set out some decoys and wait for them to come in? Just started duck shooting so forgive me for my lac

Cheers, I'm thinking of getting a pup around 11weeks old.. so do you think the pup will be okay outside during the daytime in his kennel and with the other dogs? During the Saturday and Sunday I'll be there all day..

Thanks for the reply.. I've a person that should be there at 2pm or so nearly every weekday.. Could I tie him to the kennel with a big lead or should I let him do his own thing outside with the two dogs? I live right outside a rural road but it's all dog proof ! I'll get him some thew toys etc! Cheers.

Hey people.. First post here Just wondering I'm thinking of getting a gundog puppy ( I'm still not sure but probably a Springer Spaniel ) And I work from 9am to 4pm.. Im not sure if the puppy would be okay during this time? Im thinking of walking him before work and then after work so 2 walks a day obviously starting small as the pup can get tired quickly! And getting someone to check up on him in the afternoon.. I have two older dogs and there very good to other dogs that have been introduced to them.. Should I keep the pup in the house or would it be okay to have him outside ? ( Im thi
