  5. For sale is my Hw97kt in 177 with the tactical stock. The gun is just over 2 weeks old so it's too late for me to send back, only selling as I can't get used to a springer so I'm going to stick to pcp's. I've only shot about 20 pellets through it. Comes with a hawke eclipse 4-16x50 scope, still have the box, a good quality gun bag, a tin of jsb exacts and a Napier pull through kit. £400 ovno. Cash on collection or will post via parcelforce. Messages only please as I work shifts

  8. Hi guys you may have seen my last post on buying a air arms tx200, well I had a change of heart at the last minute and got myself a Hw97kt in 177 and I think I definitely made the right choice, what a great rifle to shoulder. Picked it up today and had a few shots in the garden using some jsb exacts and it seems to like these. Now I've never shot a 97 so i don't know what they're supposed to sound or feel like to shoot but this one seems quite loud(I can hear the spring more than anything) and also there's a bit of recoil as to be expected being a springer, now this has probably been asked a

  10. Hi guys looking for a bit of advice, recently sold my bsa r10se in 22 and I'm hating being with out a rifle already lol. I'm thinking of going down the springer route and I've been looking at a tx200 in 177, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these rifles, I've heard they're pretty good out the box so there's no need for them to be tuned, is this right? Cheers guys

  17. Yeah I agree with Jon Jon, I'd try different pellets first jem, my local pet shop sells them spitfire pellets and they're shite to be honest, you can't go far wrong with jsb's, air arms or falcon accuracy plus. All the best
  18. Yeah around 40 good shots in 177 and around 50 good shots in 22
  19. Torchey if your bothered about a low shot count or an unregulated rifle then if I was you I'd get a secondhand ultra in good nick then send it to Carl Garbett for a regulator and bigger air cylinder...his prices are pretty good
