If its had a heavy hammer or spring fitted will cause the problem as will valve seal failure or the top hat has wound of the valve too far. What fill pressure you using should be 250 bar think if it drops below 120 bar the pressure inside the bottle isn't enough to shut the valve Quote Link to post
