speedystu 0
went out last night with the new batch of wini sp 65gr. i thought that i may have to re tune the tikka in but to my delight at 100yds it was the same as the 55gr sp!!! which got me thinking i have a tikka T3 223 and it shoots excelent! this is the first time i have put 65s through her for foxing. The question is who else uses 65s ? if any or is it a little to much for the job in hand?. Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
If they are grouping well, then you have no problem, as for weight, Anything upto 100g or more is fine for foxy, foxy won't be able to tell the difference when hit with one........... Quote Link to post
Guest busterdog
Hello snap shot,i have a remi 1 in 9 twist, is it right that it will shoot better with a heavier bullet ?. I am currently using 55g which is fine but the barrel takes some wearing in before i get a tight group, should i be going heavier Edited May 3, 2009 by busterdog Quote Link to post
