David 9 Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 Well i tried my look this morning and went for a stalk, the last couple of early mornings ive had the weathers always turned bad for me but today was great i parked the motor then stalked down a wood headge and out burst a buck about 230 yards or so away i dropped straight to the floor and place a nice heart lung shot in him the buck ran on about 10 yards then dropped a very quick and enjoyable stalk Quote Link to post

Edited to add that there appears to be a distinct diference between heads up there and down here in that we dont produce such tall narrow heads ,tending to be wider and with heavy brow tines .Just an observation from a few posts recently and in the past .
