Guest hyperion
ok so a bit of a silly topic title i know but......... what sort of trigger set up do you all have? two stage or single? factory safe or a hair trigger? or some where inbetween? both my AA TX200 and my P&H Phoenix triggers are still as they came out of the factory simply because its what i used to and i find they allow me to feel each shot away through the pad of my finger! does any one tweak or tune their trigger to suit them selves or do you just leave it as you find it??? cheers hyperion Quote Link to post
Guest Scuba1
Have a 2 stage trigger and it was adjusted nice and light so no need to adjust it. ATB Michael Edited April 27, 2009 by Scuba1 Quote Link to post
Freddy Watts 1
Mines 2 stage not sure if its factory or not but i have not change it. I had used it a bit when i shot with the last guy who owned it so had got used to how the trigger was. Saw no reason to change it. ATB Freddy Quote Link to post

Halfinch 51
Got a HW 100 T It is a two stage trigger and I found the trigger a touch too light so stiffened it up a little, but i bought it preowned so cant say if it is factory set or not, it is still very light though. Quote Link to post
Timelord 0
My S-TYPE has the Mark 4 version 2 stage trigger system factory set, it's very light and has a good movement to the second stage. Works for me just fine I guess, If you ask me "if it aint broke then don't fix it" ;) Quote Link to post
Freddy Watts 1
My motto exactly Timelord. I liked mine how it was so there it stayed. If I had tinkered with it then there is no guarentee that i would ever get it back to how it was. ATB Freddy Quote Link to post

An example being, my mate shoots with a gunpower stealth, that i own but havent used for some time, when we were out a few days ago, he asked to have ago with my HW100, and to cut a long story short, had pretty much the same problem with the trigger as you had when you tried one. Then i tried with the stealth, bearing in mind i have shot many a bunnie with this rifle, but not for about a year, and the trigger felt almost as if it was stuck. And my accuracy on the target went to shite. So, i'm guessing it is all down to what you percive as "the norm". Quote Link to post
