BenBhoy 4,706 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Share Posted April 24, 2009 hey guys. i work at a school teaching agriculture. problem is i've discovered rabbits getting onto polytunnel. i've patched it up best as i can but still they causing problems. but cos it's residential school there always kids about, so lamping or snares a no go. hate to think what head would say if i left traps about. so, any ideas?? would scent of ferret scare them off? ta. stubby 175 Posted April 24, 2009 Report Share Posted April 24, 2009 would scent of ferret scare them off? ta. no, but a ferret down the hole might, why not approach the "head" chatting about shallow warrens and ruts, and how it would be really bad if a pupil tripped/fell down such hole, and injured themselves, only for their parents to sue the arse off the school, as they knew they had this problem, but did nothing about it, thats when you mention ferrets Quote Link to post
