BUTT PAD

hi all need some help problem my remi 700 has a plastic butt pad thatis a wee bit slippy need some kind o rubber on it any sugestions many thanks paul

buy a new adjustable rubber butt pad only about £15 off the bay and easy to fit !

mate got one today but its straight and my stock is slightly curved i tryed to bend and it sroke lol

if you put the plastic pad in a pot an boil it for 5 min you should be able to bend it to the shape you need,cheers

hi mate dd that today and they said ihad to go to a fire arms dealer what a crock eh thanks any way mate

right need to have a wee rant ok called a gun smith today about my butt pad he said it would be easyer to make the butt flush with a bench saw and buy what ever butt i required any way i thought ok so i called him jus now and aske if he would cut the butt he said i havent got a butt to fit it i said i have one i justneed you to cut it he then said no he doesent want to do the hard work so some one can do the easy part ehhhhhhhhhhh weird eh blooming old fool just lost my buisness so i put the pad on my self and it looks pretty good didnt need to cut it
