bez 0
i went out to feed the jills other day i heard sqeaking coming from the nest box so i left them well alone think they must of been about 3/4 days early.i checked on another jill that was mated at the same time she was well big the other day her nipples where out but noticed today she not as fat but no noises coming from her nest box in fact she looks normal size is it worth having a look in her box or leave her alone they are housed in seperate cages.anyone any idea wat could be up with her? bez 0
how long should u leave em for before i can have a quick look at em Quote Link to post
oldblueeye 0
how long should u leave em for before i can have a quick look at em It all depends on how trusting and settled that particular jill is with her litter, but a week after giving birth is usually a safe time to leave it for most jills. Like I say though it's down to indivdual ferret so just be careful at first. Cheers OBE Edited April 13, 2009 by oldblueeye Quote Link to post
