JordKil 0
Does anyone know of a good incubator for quail eggs? Im after something pretty cheapand just for a dozen or so not hundreds. Quixote 9
You won't get an incubator that's specifically for quail eggs, but any of the smaller ones will do. I use a Brinsea Octogon that can hold up to 20 hens eggs & has it's own digital thermostat............£260-ish http://www.brinsea.co.uk/products/octagon-20-advance-ex/318/ If that's a bit steep you could always see if anyone local can supply you with chicks & bring them on yourself? trapperman 474
i think if you do a search you can get the basic stuff for about 50 quid, then build your own with some sort of box, instructions should be included in the pack
gsmith 0
I use an Rcom 20 and have hatched probably 200 quail eggs in it fine, as a whole Jap quail are poor parents and do not brood there own eggs, however a batam chicken hen will.
