Bloody great rifle, i had one before i bought the anschutz i have now.Its the match 64 action, with a double stage trigger on the .22, and a single stage on the .17hmr, lovely gun, and unbelievably accurate, the only trouble i had with mine, was it didnt like feeding from a full 10 shot mag, if you put 7 or 8 in, it was fine.I only changed because i wanted the best anschutz had got, but it doesnt shoot any better than the carbine, in fact, its harder to wring the best out of it, because of the full length barrel. This one is based on the match 54 action.

Its no secret, that anschutz have won more smallbore gold medals , than all the other manufacturers put together.

Thanks for all the advice lads :good: its been really helpfull.

I had a bit of a drive round with a SAKO Finnfire .22 and I have to say, I really liked it.

It felt very well balanced and comfy to use also very quiet.

Dont know what mod was on it, I will have to ask the fella.

You say they have discontinued these now Baldie?, any dealers with a couple in stock mate?

Thanks again all,

JOEB
