Deker 3,491
Zero session Sunday, backstop was a log pile and these went clean through an 8" tree trunk and split some 2" logs behind..my lad found the first and the second was next to it....the lead core has completely gone on one but is a nice cone shape on the other..expansion is still excellent considering this was pushing through hard and solid wood. Ammo is .308 PRVI 150g Softpoint Pics are best I could do with the phone, but I think you get the idea!! Quote Link to post
Mr_Logic 5
That stuff works then! Shame my CZ doesn't like it. I will make up some 168gr SP loads... Quote Link to post

Well...the .243 seems to have really taken to the PRVI...long may it continue, and early tests with the .308 appear encouraging group wise, and the ammo certainly delivers!! Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
You mean to tell me Deker that Mr L isn't providing you with cheaper than cheap reloads yet, after all the shooting trips you have taken him on Quote Link to post

Mr Adventure 0
My Sako loves Prive Patizan 168g SPBT , they are superb. The problem will be supply ,I'm getting them for £40 per 100 but I know this will not last. The bullet I use for reloading is Sierra Gameking 168g HP BT , again another very good bullet for 308.
