ferrets not eating so much is this normal for this time of the year

I would say as there hormonal this time of years thats all thats on there mind & they may well be eating the same amount but from past experience i know they can be more skitty & pace a lot while in season which uses more energy so you may well notice a drop in weight if there pacing about a lot more

sorry for reposting i posted itin the for sale section enyway my ferrets are not eating as much dry food as the were a couple of months ago is this normal for this time of the year

 

yes this is normal.youre ferrets will be more pre occupied with breeding.there hormone levels will be sky high which in turn makes them less hungry.its not something you need to worry about :thumbs:
