Interesting and very valid point about getting pulled in a van

I have had vans for 18months now and have only been pulled once - cutting a corner (late night, i could see no headlights - so nothing coming)

As long as you have an excuse your alright. If you've been poaching, tell them you've been on permission. if you have had a good night on the hare's pick them up in the morning.

Or if your making a long journey for a night on hare's, go in two vehicles. One with the dogs, one with the quarry.

not that i advise any illegal activity

Just been looking at vans myself.

I think im going with an R REG VW Transporter i seen.

It has a full service history. The load space is boarded out on the side, and aluiminium chequer plate on the floor. easy to clean :good:

3 seats in the front. Fast for a van :good:

Tidy inside & out

Runs well & a nice driving position (high up - i now cant stand driving car's, with their low to the road position & shitty little mirror's)

Theres only one catch. The speedo jumps about until you are at a steady speed. Sure i'll sort that out though :good:

oh, he wants £1750 for it, + my van which is worth £1200 according to the book price
