Applying for fac/sgc

Hi lads as the title says im thinking about applying for my fac/sgc.

Now around 2 months ago i was stopped and cautioned for possetion

of weed (cannabis). Im really just asking if this is likely to affect my

chances of being successful. Also i live in a rented house so i take it it is

possible to get it stored at my local gun club. Any help much appriciated.

Everything effects gun ownership and the Police are getting more and more paranoid!!

 

It isn't going to help, but should not result in a refusal if you can justify your case ........ and so long as there is nothing else!!!

NO nothing else at all just 1 of them silly moments .

Ive now stopped smoking any way and dont go any where near

the stuff so hopefully will get away with it. Would really like to hear from

anybody else in the same position or that has gone through it.

i had my first shotti refused and had to take the police to court to get it but luck was on my side and i won my case far more naughty than a bit of weed . i live in rented accomadation 3 shottis and a 22lr a 17hmr a 222 and a 243 . there is hope at the end of the tunnel GOODLUCK .noel

if you got any doubts, you can join BASC, then ask their firearms legal dept. they will let you know the best way to go about applying knowing the full history, or they will tell you not to bother until...etc.

if they feel you have a good case they may even fight the police for you....
