iguanaman2442 0
Hi lads as the title says im thinking about applying for my fac/sgc. Now around 2 months ago i was stopped and cautioned for possetion of weed (cannabis). Im really just asking if this is likely to affect my chances of being successful. Also i live in a rented house so i take it it is possible to get it stored at my local gun club. Any help much appriciated. Cheers Rob Quote Link to post

It isn't going to help, but should not result in a refusal if you can justify your case ........ and so long as there is nothing else!!! Quote Link to post

Toka 10
if you got any doubts, you can join BASC, then ask their firearms legal dept. they will let you know the best way to go about applying knowing the full history, or they will tell you not to bother until...etc. if they feel you have a good case they may even fight the police for you.... hope this helps Quote Link to post
