Malt 379
Is your pup old enough to have a go at it Hyp? If it's got it's big teeth, get the fecker after it! Last time I found one in my compost bin, I picked the fecker up by the tip of its tail as it hid under some cardboard, (don't try this at home kids! ) and let the fecker go in the garden. The JRT had it dead within seconds! Quote Link to post

The JRT had it dead within seconds! well in, although the tail is the worst place to pick up a rat as it draggs its tail through it 'fecies' to dragg its sent, if you can try not touch them at all - pair of old long nose pliers or sticks lol all the best I know all about rats tails, that's why I said don't do it at home. I used to breed rats, I've had pet rats for the last 20 years. Granted they are a lot different than wild ones, but I'm not daft enough to put my fingers in my mouth, rub my eye, play with the wife's ladyparts, etc, after holding a rat by the tip of the tail! ian118118 10
my gran had one in her knicker draw lol wish i could of seen her face she called the council in and the crazy bugger shot it so it splattered all up the wall...i goes gran why didnt you just ask me to bring polly (my patterdale) up.........she forgot my school has a major rat problem. we use these box thingys on the ground what kill the rats with poisen. i wonder if my uncle would take his terrier (border cross lakeland) up there. she could soon kill them all. she had 9 pups in the 6 weeks holiday when she lets say "hugged" a jack russell. i know its not to do with this but they were cute.1 was really fat though. i spent all the 6 weeks holiday playing with them. bye Quote Link to post
