Our instructor had a wealth of knowledge about all kinds of plants, trees, fungi and wild meats, he even showed me and the rest of the people there how to make all manner of things from natural produce. I just though you guys may be interested to see his personal website. Its called Natures secret larder and the address is www.naturessecretlarder.co.uk It has quite a few bits and bobs on it.
