The day started well when i shot a stratospheric pigeon with the first shot of the day, it was probably my best shot of the year and a good retrieve for the dog, Then we went on to a few drives and picked up half a dozen cock birds and a couple of pigeons before finishing in a wood roost shooting. Now the bad bit. When we returned from the wood we found that some b*****d had broken into 3 of the 4 motors and had stolen game bags, cartridge bags, boots ,waterproofs, other assorted bits of clothing and gunslips. I had my jeep broken into but they could not find anything worth having but the other 2 guys lost alot of kit. The only ray of light is that someone cut themselves on the broken glass so the police will be able to get dna off of it and hopefully get a match. So what started as a really enjoyable day finished as a crap one Quote Link to post Share on other sites
