Quick Questions

Recommended Posts

Hello, i'll be getting a BSA XL Tactical in May, i will be wanting to hunt fairly quickly so my first questions are,

Should i get a 177 or 22, my main hunt are birds but i hunt rabbits too, my dad will support the rabbit hunts with his 22?

Will May be a good time to hunt plenty or lack of birds and rabbits at that time?

Some optional Questions also

Are feral pigeons as good to eat as woodies?

And is the BSA Xl Tac a good choice as my back up is the Bsa Lightning.

Thanks in advance

Eating feral pigeons :clapper: NO NO NO

.177 or .22 would both be fine for rabbit or bird mate.

Will May be a good time to hunt plenty or lack of birds and rabbits at that time <-- Dont quite understand that but.

BSA are good guns mate, cant go far wrong. Just see what fits you best and which you like most.

Aren't they the same rifle with different stocks? The tactical being synthetic and the lightning being wood? :)
