the rats are killing my chickens i have put poison down with no luck. so if any 1 with some ferrits or ratting dogs can help let me no. i live near wisbech cambs

What kind of rat poison were you using?

If you can get hold of it, try and get Neosorexa Gold as I know a few pest controllers round here use it.

unless you know what your doing with poison, Id suggest leaving that, and going down the road of either trapping, or as you'vre already said ferrets or terriers

A good JRT can do quite a few rats per minute, don't know what the record stands at, think the Victorians used to drop 60 rats in a pit with a terrier and see how many it could snuff against the clock, I'm sure some one will know what the record is?
