adam1 2 Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 why would you use a figure 4 tealer over a standard tealer, is it just personal preferance or are they for different applications. also if setting a snare in longer grass requiring it to be set at maybe 8 to 10 inches I presume that a figure 4 tealer would not be appropriate as the standard length seems to be 9.5 inches (or am i missing something ) sorry to be asking questions that may have been asked before but i've read that much on it all that my minds awash and maybe im missing the point. Rolfe 2 Posted January 17, 2009 Report Share Posted January 17, 2009 Figure 4 tealers can be made into any length to suit snaring conditions and will stand virtually invisible alongside the chosen setting beat especially if sprayed green........this combined with the V shaped foot end makes them simply the best and most stable rabbit tealer of all.......thats why all the top snarers choose to use them above anything else.
