Cheap Alternative

Is there a cheap alternative that will work ?

IE, my local DIY store have "carpet rolls" of those different types of black mesh which are about 30p a metre.

They are black and come in different strenghts and mesh sizes.

Would the work, if im to use to circle a group of bunny holes by dyke edges with ferrets and catch/shoot when they are trapped.

Thanks

Id say, give it a go, if its cheap, how much are you going to loose, when I first started, I used pidgeon proofing net which we use at work :whistling: it had a 2x2 square hole, made up about to purse nets just by cutting large triangles out, they worked well, but were a bit still, also made a 25yd longnet, which worked too, although only used it once before getting the real ma'coy, theres no substitute for a proper net

30p a meter thats £30 for 100 meters to make a 50 meter net

if you look around you can get proper net for that price or less (but could it be better?) maybe try something like a gate net first
